I like Blackthorne myself, since you can catch dragons there. However I also like the city with Pryce the 7th gym leader in Johto (can't recall name)

i like Celestial Town because of the "Legendary" feeling you get while in it. (and it's where you can see the opposite legendary of your DP: Dalkia,Pialga)
