Germany can beat Argentina, so I'm pulling for them. I wonder how Brazil-Holland will go and Uruguay-Ghana?

Probably everyone in the continent of Africa will be rooting for Ghana, as they are the last team remaining from the host countries' continent.

We're probably still feeling that loss, we could've gotten farther if we had just beaten Ghana. (Of course, if we got all the way to the semis, we'd have to face either Holland or Brazil...*shudders*).

I'd like to see the Netherlands send Brazil home. I don't want to see Brazil win a 6th World Cup. It would be pretty cool to see someone who hasn't won a Cup win one though, like Ghana, even though they sent the US packing.

If you paid any attention to the grouping, Brazil came from Group G, this WC's 'Group of Death'. No team has ever won the World Cup advancing from the GofD, and that trend continues with this World Cup.

Good god they came from that then.
Two years ago at the European Cup, we were in the group of death too. We were the best in that group, but lost in the quarter finals. Come to think of it, we haven't won the quarter finals in years.
I hope we're going to be the Champion, then we're going to party for months!
