The first card I was really excited about was my Holo Fossil Articuno because Articuno was (and still is) one of my favorites. I skipped most of the EX generation, but my first Lv. X was Empoleon Lv. X in an Empoleon Lv.X Tin!

When you opened a packet/box/etc of cards what was your first major card? I went over the moon with mine, it was Victreebel. It was in the EX: Firered and Leafgreen set, I remember it. Ah sweet days...

Well, I started collecting from Base set, and my first booster pack (the one with the charizard cover) had a Base Hitmonchan. I later got the Hitmonchan theme deck for my Birthday, and I still have one of those two Hitmonchan cards (it REALLY saddens me I dont own both anymore, and that I don't know wether the Hitmonchan I have is the one I pulled out of my very first pack or not)...

My first ''Shiny'' pokémon is Tyranitar, even though I never pulled it, and I traded in early 2008, so I do not know if that counts.

My first * pokémon was Latios* from DX, and shortly thereafter I pulled Latias* as well. (I later traded the Latios* for two Banette Ex, and the Latias* for 2 Infernape Dp and 1 Infernape Lv X Dp)

My first Ex ever is Magmar Ex, but the only ex I still have is the Salamence Ex delta species which I pulled from our DF prerelease (w00t!). A memorable event was me buying two ExFireRedLeafGreen boosters and pulling two Electrode Ex...! xD

My first Lv X was Infernape Dp, even though I traded it. They first Lv X I really got myself is Mewtwo Lv X from a tin, and the first Lv X I pulled out of a pack is Shaymin Lv X (land forme), shortly followed by Palkia G Lv X.

I own no reprints or shinies from the newer sets to this date on.

However, after this post I still am clueless what a ''major'' card is...?
