Strategy:
By having an awesome Sp.Attack, Frostess should be used as a Special Sweeper. Its high Speed stat will also help to attack first, and preferably use Lovely Kiss. While your opponent is asleep, use Calm Mind to boost Sp.Atk and Sp.Def and then sweep with STABed Ice Beam and Psychic. Beware of Psyisical moves, as Frostess's Defense stat is relatively low.
