Strategy:
Just a head's up, this deck is a fun deck and it will probably never work. But if any of you could test it I'd love to see how it would turn out.:D

The main strategy is to deny your opponent energy and do big damage when they actually have it.

Frostlass' ability is: When this Pokemon is active your opponent can't attach any special energy card's to your opponents pokemon. Blizzard does 30 to the active and 10 to each bench, which can be moved around by Dusknoir. When they resort to basic energy I can use hammers and Team Flare Grunt or I can use Leafeon. Head Ringer is to make my opponent's energy cost even more. Everything else is pretty self-explanatory.

I did Test this deck a bit against my friend and it was decent. I won about 1 third of the games when he was playing a fairy deck the only real problem was that Froslass doesn't have enough hp to stay active for its ability to work or to do enough blizzard damage. and I would run a larger Dusknoir line its a decent deck even with this list. I probably would have won more if it was a different match up

Thanks a lot. Do you think I should add some hard charms? If so, what should I take out?

Add the hard charms and get rid of the team flare grunts

If your strategy is indeed to stop energy, then I suggest keeping a few grunts and increasing your Crushing Hammer count to four. You should also keep to a fairly even amount of tools, so the muscle band probably should go.

You probably could take a few energy, and the Drifblim clutters. I suggest
-1 Drifloon
-1 Drifblim
-1 Water Energy
-1 Muscle Band
+2 Crushing Hammer
+2 Flare Grunt or +1 Rare Candy, +1 Flare Grunt
