Yeah. Had a Riolu failure, so I released it. I want to release my failure eggs SO bad because I thought I could corrupt them. (yay corrupt orb that Joey the Pichu found!) Turns out, the only corruptable ones are Lugia, Groudon, Bidofo, and Dialga.
:O seriously? and isnt bidofo what you get by corrupting bidoof?
Apparently not. When corrupting a bidofo egg (bidoof + green), you get Zombidofo.

Just released 5 eggs, all mistake picks, into the shelter, they should appear soon. They should have a semi-large crack in them. They are a Zangoose, a Bidoof, a Remoraid, a Piplup, and something that I forgot. O well! Currently lurking the Shelter for a Togepi or Munchlax egg. Maybe a Voltorb egg...

You place them both in the Daycare tab in the Poketch. They will get experience along the way. When the egg is ready, an Old Man will be by the Mystery Counter. There will be two eggs, one for each parent, so pick carefully. The unpicked one will go to the shelter. Just released a Togepi as well.

The egg, I'll look around. Is there a description on it? As for the relationship building, there is nothing you have to do.
