From left to right, Munchlax, Voltorb, and Dragonwhymsy. I was so close to getting Droganwhymsy too, but someone snatched it! Who's making the group?
EDIT: Let me tell you what they are from left to right piplup: Zangoose, Nidoran M, Misdreavus, Tentacool, Phione, and Piplup. The last two are clearly the most rare.

I hatched that egg earlier. That is definitely a piplup.
Sadly, you cannot. You need it to hatch and then get to about 150 happiness.
Then you press the release button in the dropbox of the selected pokemon. 6 in your party at a time, 6 adopted from the shelter unless you have the shelter pass, which will allow ten.
