What do you expect when Sigilyph is weak to Psychic? Don't sigh at the cards; it's the game's design that's the problem when they have multiple Psychic types weak to other Psychic types. It's because of that they end up being the best counter. This is why people didn't like Mewtwo. Because the best way to stop Mewtwo is with Mewtwo. >_> This is not new and very similar to that.

2 Meloetta with Prism Would do the trick - also a great mewtwo counter if you don't play one yourself.

I personally think the best answer is just to run a very thick/consistent Blastoise line so you can attack with it.
