$30-35. Although they are rare, only pack collectors buy them because the price is too high to open them (the possible pulls aren't worth it).
There is a listing on Ebay currently individual packs at $8.59 each, and those have sold quite a lot. So if you put all 4 up I could only imagine you getting around $35.

Ebay is the only place that has them, and Completed Listings show that they have gone from ~$5 to $8. However, the only ones listed are BIN for $12.49, and it shows that 10 packs have sold at that price, with the most recent ones selling June 23. So, you should be able to sell them at a BIN of $10. If not, just scoot it down a bit to $8 or so.

I collect pikachu cards and just won an ANA Pikachu promo in mint condition for only $10 but BIN sales are like $40+. How much is this actually worth?

Well, two others sold for $12 and $15 on eBay completed listings so I think it's in the $10-20 range. BIN prices are typically high because they offer convenience and sometimes better condition. Congratulations on the win!

I see 'em go for $30-35 on eBay all the time actually.
Most of my cards I get on eBay and from a few contacts I've met over the past year. I also occasionally find amazing deals on lesser-known websites.

I will give you a hundred dollars if you have the Raichu in that picture for sale and are a verified seller.
On topic, most of those Holos range from $2-5 or more depending on condition. Charizard can hit up to $40 if it's Mint.

How much is this card worth? It's the turquoise-coloured one. Before you ask or say anything, it's real and is not sun faded. I want to know is it rare because of it's colour and how much it may be worth.
The normal coloured Mew isn't worth much, I know that. Just curious as to how much this could be worth and/or why it's a different colour.

It is hard to price unique errors. One person may pay a lot for them, but the majority will not. I am not interested in it all.
What makes errors attractive to many people is the number occurring of that error. Miss cuts are very common error. Each miss cut is unique in the sense there is no miss cut exactly like it. But collectors have for the most part said they are not interested in them.
Possible causes for different color
Sun fading ( I mention to be complete )
Discolored stock
Fake

Also, how much is NM Super Scoop Up (FRLG 99/112) worth?
