Okay, this is the third time I've asked this (please someone answer this time)
Arceus 20/22 Arceus & the Jewel of Life JPN set Promo

$5-$10.

I have the complete set x5

What I hate is when people comment asking things they can do themself it's pure laziness. Also to whoever commented Crystal Charizard isn't rare very few english cards are to be honest. Skyidge is a rare set but the charizard is easily found. I have seen them sell for under $30 Cheapest was with crystal golem $22.99.

You could grade all the holos and then just sell the set with graded holos and ungraded non holos. That would really increase the price, while still giving you a good chance of selling.

You could grade the whole set, which would put it at a very nice value, but then you'd have to wait for the exact collector willing to spend a solid amount for them, so it would probably be awhile.

That was what I was thinking, grading the holos and selling the rest as is. Would raise the profit considerably but the cost would not be too outrageous.

Thanks for the input.

Just curious, how about a mint Espeon player's promo?

Damn ebay only shows 90 day old auctions...I know one is up for 500+ but hasn't sold for a while...Any guesses what is fair market value?

I was thinking 380-420...

While I'm not sure what they've gone for on eBay, I can verify a person I do frequent business with paid $400 for a Mint one earlier this year. I'm not sure if that's a good deal or not since I know very little about Japanese cards but I figured some information is better than none. :p

Haha that does help, thanks for the input.

It's tough getting back into the pokemon scene again after 10 years, especially the japanese cards. :(

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

I've got one here;
Is a TCG booster code worth saving? I have no idea. There was once this person who traded me for a few if my card codes, but that was the only person. Ever since that, I've been saving them. (And because multiplayer is down.)

Again, should I save my TCG booster codes? I really want to use them, but not if somebody is going to trade me for them.

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

No. Play TCG is way better than the PTCGO thing. Trade them away to people who want them. Save them, and when you have a lot you can sell or trade a lot at once to get something worth something back.

People willingly trade/buy the special codes that give more than a booster pack, but the normal booster pack codes only really sell in larger amounts. However, you should still be able to trade for them.
If you want to use them, then use them because their value isn't that high, unless in large quantities. I'm saving some up for the new PTCGO,

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

What is my Jungle Holo Snorlax worth? I think it might be a Shadowless one but not sure. Can someone post a shadowless one and a regular one so I can use the photos to compare the 2 cards to mine? Thanks XD.:)

Snorlax in Jungle was not a Holo. Shadowless is only for Base set.

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

Hmm I will have to check the card again. I thought it was a holo. Have not looked at my Snorlax card for a long time. I can check on Serebii too. Anyway how much is it worth? Thanks XD.:)

EDIT: Snorlax can be holo in Jungle XD. In Legendary Collection he cannot be holo. I have both the Jungle holo and the Legendary Collection non-holo XD. There is the picture on Serebii XD. If you need a link I can provide one.:)

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

All of the rares in Jungle also had holo versions.

It's really not worth much, though. Maybe a couple of dollars.

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

For one, you can use Ebay completed listings by yourself very easily.
Next, we can't check for you because you asked for the price of a non-existent card.

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

It is not non existant man. I have a Holo Snorlax and Serebii has a pic if you look up Snorlax. I thought this would be worth a lot since it is from the 2nd set of the card XD. I just asked about a much older card than the one I posted about the other day. According to the fiirst post of this thread I can ask about any card I desire. Since this Snorlax is not very easy to get I asked. These cards might be easy for you guys but some of the better cards took me forever to get. Please stop telling me to use ebay when I have no idea what a card is worth. I ask here because you guys have a lot more knowledge about this than I do. I would appreciate more support rather than telling me to use another site. Thank you very much. I just asked for an older card that took me 7-8 years to get. Some of my cards that I have are pretty rare but took years to obtain so I would like an estimated value at least. Just post when you have time rather than complaining. Thanks XD. I would do the same if I knew the prices of your cards too but I don't. When I ask about a rare card I have please just do it.:(

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

Woops, I didn't notice all the posts after omahanime's saying the card didn't exist. Sorry about that.

Also, when I say that you can easily look the card up on Ebay, it has nothing to do with how hard the card was for you or me to obtain. It is easy to look up because it was released in a set, so it was mass produced. It's been really hard for me to obtain some cards, but that doesn't mean it's hard for everyone to obtain.

I've gained a lot of my pricing knowledge through using Ebay, and then for cards not on Ebay from threads like these. So, I really really suggest you use Ebay to enlarge your knowledge of card prices, and give you a much better sense of card rarity.

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

Snorlax was holo in the jungle as well as non holo

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

I've also got another one;

How much is this the #149/147 Moltres from Supreme Victors worth?
I pulled this a while ago, yet I've always been pondering on how much I could get for it.
I also pulled a reprint of the Base Set Charizard from StormFront (103/100), but I traded that away foolishly because I didn't know that it was a reprint nor a secret rare until a little after. Please tell me how much that one is, too.

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

The Moltres Ranges anywhere from $1 to $5. Charizard is about $10 to $15, but probably $12.

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

How much would klinklang RH black and white , cobalion holo NV, terrakion holo NV,
and Rare candy POP5 be?

RE: The ''How much is a card worth?'' topic.

I know POP 5 Rare Candy can't really be found on Ebay, but I asked around on another forum and it's going for $3-$4.
