I pulled these cards from a Keldeo tin a few minutes ago and was wondering what they were worth:

Keldeo Promo
Landorus EX non-FA
Giratina EX FA
Blend Energy GRPD

Any help would be appreciated

From what someone told me Giratina EX FA is worth $12 - 15. Keldeo I think is around $4 - 5 and Landorus ~$20 IIRC. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not 100% sure of this.

Haven't seen the cards yet, but I guy from my zone is selling his cards and he is asking for 5 cents per common, 10 per uncommon and 25 per rare, is it a good price to buy in bulk?

YES!!! Take the Rares and Commons mostly. It's a good deal except the Uncommons. They should be the same price as Commons imo.
