yeah, my neighbor has like 8 of them. 5 still sealed. that's not counting the ones her husband has.

It really depends on which level X's they are and if they holos are reverse holos or regular holos.

Raikou * is worth at least 25 on troll and toad. I'd say no x's are worth more than 5 bucks each now, so 10 x's and "shinys" I assume you mean RH cards, I'd say 80 at least, possibly more depending.

The quality woud devalue them, but only by a small portion as far as I know. If most of the Level Xes are promos, that automatically devalues the whole lot. Promo Level Xs are worth only about £1 in the UK (I believe that is $1.60). As for the other stuff, since they are going to all be rotated from the game next week, they aren't worth much at all. I'd go with something like $40, taking Raikou * into account, to be honest.

Because I see that people are selling the HL booster boxes for over 120$.

not good, just expensive and rare. Lugia EX is the most expensive card in the set if you can pull it (iirc my sets correctly)

How much is a Full set of black and White worth? All cards from snivy to the energies, all holos, fa, even pikachu.
