When I saw The Rise of Darkrai, I immediately related with Darkrai, and no other character, not even Ash. His personality is very much like mine.

Whenever I wake up in the morning, I want to go back to sleep.
Hence the body on the card.
I love humor, especially dark.

ooo. Sorry Bippa. It was such i small sentence, i must have missed that... =.=. Nevertheless, it was still not what i was looking for.

Attack : 15/20 - Discarding 2 cards is a little broken. the numeral of 2nd attack should be 20+. 70 damage for 2 energy is broken, removing all damage counters for 2 energy is also broken.
Bottom Stats : 5/5 - all there
Creativity : 5/10 - Again Not really creative. All seen and done.

Stage 1 Pokemon - Evolves from Spearow
Poke-Body: Bird Army

Explanation: There was a Spearow that attacked Ash and Pikachu in the very first episode. Pikachu defeated that Spearow, but the Spearow swore it would come back with a vengeance. When Ash had a party at his house after defeating the Pokemon League, the Spearow had evolved into a Fearow and attacked Ash with an army of Spearow.
Fearow has never really had a version that stood up, excluding the Delta species one from Crystal Guardians. Many have had underpowered attacks, or have just been plain bad. I tried to make this card not broken, as the PokeBody leaves it vulernable to both Dusknoir DP and Palkia G Lv.X.

Bibarel Lv.58 110HP [W]

Once during your turn, before you attack, if Bibarel is your active Pokemon, you may discard two cards from your hand. If you do, until the end of your turn, each of Bibarel's attacks cost [C] less. You can't use this Power if Bibarel is affected by a special condition.
Take Down [C][C] 60
Bibarel does 20 damage to itself.
Super Power [W][W][C] 70
If Bibarel used the Simple Poke-Power during this turn, this attack does 20 damage to one of your opponent's benched Pokemon.

Bibarel, although itself already a very weak Pokemon, has never had a good card in the TCG. It's only "decent" card was the version from SF, and it has since been abandoned because of it's inability to stand up to the metagame. So, I decided to fix that.
The Bibarel I made here was somewhat of a Kingdra approach. He relies on his Poke-Power, discarding cards from your hand to use great attacks very quickly, at the obvious cost of two cards. His second attack, when used with Simple, becomes a force to be reckoned with. Maybe a bit overpowered, but I tried my best to turn Bibarel into a usable card.

In the PTCG, Omastar has always been an overlooked card. Normally, it would have an attack or Poke-Power/Body that would help devolving your opponent's Pokemon, and then an attack that could be improved. The Omastar I created has an Poke-Power that was a step up from what it would normally be, and its attacks synergize with its Poke-Power, unlike most Omastar. The main difference is that this Omastar can easily devolve your opponent's Pokemon and punish the Basic Pokemon with damage, unike the slow setups of others.

I think this card deserves a chance. I mean, the only other GOOD Smeargle is from SW, and it still isn't even all that good! It's other type hunting or changing counterparts (Kecleon and Ditto) have either a great card or a great tech. So why shouldn't Smeargle? It can learn basically any attack in the games, so why shouldn't it be able to use that advantage in the TCG? That's my supporting rant. Support Smeargle!

At the end of your turn, if you used this Power, put 1 damage counter equal to the equal the amount Energy cards you discarded. This Power cannot be used if Mamoswine is affected by a Special Condition.
{W}{F} Giant's Rush - 50
If the Defending Pokemon is not Knocked Out by this attack, put damage counters on this Pokemon equal to the Defending Pokemon's remaining HP.
{W}{W}{F}{F}{C} Reckless Charge - 170-
This attack does 170 damage minus the remaining HP of this Pokemon.
Weakness: {M}+40
Resistance: {L}-20
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}{C}{C}{C}
Reason: Out of all 3 Mamoswine's that I've seen, they've all been mediocre, requiring a mess load of Energies to attack, and generally just requiring a lot of set up. The only decent Mamoswine's there's been is the RR one, and even then, it's just Glaceon with a sub-par Body. But, the game Mamoswine is OU Tier. I decided to fix up Mamoswine, and make it more of a tank, then just a mediocre card. While this card does require a lot of Energies to set up, it can do massive damage, generally KO'ing any Pokemon that gets in its way.
I think I might have tried too hard to be creative though, as you might not understand the wording :/

The effect of the body has never been done before so as to stack. It is a slight extension of Dark Gengar.
It is, however, hard to get both lvXs.
If you can word it better, please post.
Attack 1. Absol SW, for example, discards 1 card from hand for {C}, and if it's a T/S/ST, you get to discard 1 more. Darkrai lvX is a Level-Up card, and needs {D}, rather than {C}. So, in hindsight, I think it was maybe a bit too overpowered in combination with Sleep, but not quite broken.
The alternate effect is the common Sleep Inducer attack.
Attack 2. See Misdreavus SF. For {P}, Nightmare Feast does the equivalent of 50-100 damage. Misdreavus LM, with a similar body as my card, does 30 for {P}.
For {D}{D}, I do 70, or the equivalent of 20-120 damage. Pretty similar to the above 2. Not broken, I think...
With flipping 2 coins between turns, the opponent has a 7/16 chance (nearly half) to wake up before your next attack.
It's just a card that would become an archetype were it released. But it's not broken...

Once during your turn, if you have a pokemon with Celebi in its name in your discard pile, you may put it into your hand. You can use this power even if Celebi is affected by a Special Condition.
{G} Leech Seed
Place a Seed marker on the Defending pokemon (unless it already has one). In between turns, if the Defending pokemon has a Seed marker on it, place 1 damage counter on the Defending pokemon and remove up to 1 damage counter from one of your active pokemon.
If the Defending pokemon is moved from the active position, remove all Seed markers from it.
{P}{C}{C} Shield Blast 40
During your opponent's next turn, any damage done to Celebi by attacks is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).
You may discard a card from your hand. If you do, remove up to 1 damage counter and all Special Conditions from Celebi.

Celebi is one of the best walls in the video game. However, so far in the TCG, its cards have been low-level, low-HP, and generally useless, even though it is a legendary.

Its kinda late here, so i'll score your cards tomorrow. But i'll tell you what round 3 is. But please DONT post your cards yet. Just think about your card first. Only post you cards after i give your Round 2 scores or tell you to.
