Round 3 : Officially starts now.
Create a Lv.X of your Round 1 and Round 2 card. Which means 2 cards. These 2 cards have to have a good enough sync or combo that people will actually use. The sync/combo must not be so obvious. eg : Bellossom LA, more damage for each Vileplume. It must NOT be that obvious. The harder for me to detect the sync/combo, the more points. This is where your creativity shines. Good Luck Have Fun ^^.

If any of your previous round cards are Lv.X. Just make another Lv.X of that card for this round.

Thanks for answering my question...
And one more thing, do the moves on Machamp really have any sync?
Can the pre LvX Pokemon have some sync to the LvX?

Here are my entries:

Togekiss Lv.X HP140 [C]
Pokemon Lv.X - Level up from Togekiss

Poke-Power: Greater Good
Once during your turn, before you attack, you may draw upto 3 cards. For each card drawn in this way, put 1 damage counter on one of your benched Pokemon. You can't use this Power if Togekiss is affected by a special condition.

[C] Healing Beam 20x
Remove any amount of damage counters from your opponent's benched Pokemon. This attack does 20 damage times the number of damage counters removed.

*Lv.X Rule*

Weakness: [L]x2
Resistance: [F]-20
Retreat cost: [C]

Bibarel Lv.X 130HP [W]
Pokemon Lv.X - Level up from Bibarel

Poke-Body: Oblivious
Whenever Bibarel is damaged by an attack, put 1 damage counter on each opponent's benched Pokemon.

[W][C] Revenge 20x

Are they supposed to sync with our round 1 and 2 cards, or with cards from the TCG, or with each other?

To Muddy and Arcterra :
"These 2 cards " meaning the 2 cards that you are suppose to post. The 2 Lv.X suppose to be in sync with each other. Plus it dont have to sync with the pre Lv.X Pokemon you posted. I wont judge the sync on your pre Lv.X and your Lv.X. I will only judge the sync between the 2 cards you are going to post. The 2 Lv.X.

Note to all : If you think your combo/sync is gonna be too complicated or hard for me to find. It wouldn't hurt to give your explanation of the combo in your cards. The people who posted, may edit their post to put the explanation. I've seen the card and i didn't really understand some..

iKyLeZ:
I am sorry to say that I must drop. I cannot keep up with 2 spoiler contests at once. I am sorry.

Sceptile Lv. X 130 HP [G]
Level Up - Put onto Sceptile

Poke-Body: Nature Cycle
During each player's turn, that player flips a coin. If heads, that player searches his or her discard pile for 2 Basic Energy cards and shuffles them into his or her deck. if tails, that player searches his or deck for 2 Basic Energy cards and discards them. You can't use more than 1 Nature Cycle Poke-Body per trun.

[G][G][C] Leaf Rift
Choose 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon. Put that card and all cards attached to it back to your opponent's hand. Move all damage counters on that Pokemon to 1 of your opponent's other Pokemon.

[G][G][G][G] Energy Vine
Count the number of Basic Energy cards in your opponent's discard pile. Put that many damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon in any way you like. After doing damage, your opponent shuffles all Basic Energy cards in his or her discard pile back into his or her deck.

Put this card onto your Active Sceptile. Sceptile Lv. X can use any attack, Poke-Power, or Poke-Body from its previous Level.

Weakness - [R] x2
Resistance - [-]
Retreat Cost - [C]

Omastar Lv. X 120 HP [W]
Level Up – Put onto Omastar

Poke-Body: Tentacle Snare
Whenever your opponent attaches a Basic Energy card from his or her hand to a Basic pokemon, put 1 damage counter on that Pokemon. Your opponent discards that Basic Energy card at the end of his or her next turn. You can't use more than 1 Tentacle Snare Poke-Body per turn.

[W][W][C] High Tide
Count the number of Pokemon that your opponent doesn't have on his or her Bench. Search your opponent's deck that many Basic Pokemon, and put them on your opponent's Bench. Then, search your opponent's deck for that many Basic Energy cards and attach them to those Pokemon. Put 2 damage counters on each Pokemon put on your opponent's Bench by this attack.

[W][W][W][C] Drag Under
Remove the highest Stage Evolution card from 2 of your opponent's Pokemon. This attack does 30 damage to those Pokemon, and discard 1 Energy card attached to those Pokemon.

Put this card onto your Active Omastar. Omastar Lv. X can use any attack, Poke-Power, or Poke-Body from its previous Level.

Weakness - [L] x2
Resistance - [-]
Retreat Cost - [C][C][C]

I think this combo is pretty difficult to understand, so I'll explain it. Assuming you have both Lv. X's out, you start High Tide with Omastar to fill up your opponent's Bench and spread damage. From there, if they evolve, you use Drag Under for damage and discard. Then, hopefully the two Poke-Bodies from both Lv. X's get Energy into the discard, allowing Sceptile to use Energy Vine, which K.O.'s some Pokemon, which frees up Bench space then replenishes the Energy in your opponent's deck, allowing you to use High Tide again. With all the spread damage, you can use Sceptile's Leaf Rift to move the damage counters to another Pokemon, snagging you K.O., while also leaving Energy in your opponent's hand to be discarded by Tentacle Snare.

Oh my God! I thought it was supposed to be with the pre-level up! Do you mind if I edit it?

Ach, I'm sorry I haven't posted my cards yet. Arbok and a Mamoswine are hard to make synergy with, XD

Arbok LVX - 110 HP - {P}
Level Up

[Poke-Power: Venom Wrap]
Once at the end of your turn, if this Pokemon attacked this turn, flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed and Poisoned.

[Poke-Body: Poisoned Scales]
If Arbok was damaged by an attack, your opponent's Active Pokemon is now Poisoned. If the Active Pokemon is already Poisoned, put 2 damage counters on that Pokemon.

{P} Traitor Venom - 20
Switch Arbok with with one of your benched Pokemon. If your tries to attack your new Active Pokemon next turn, you and your opponent's Active are now Poisoned.

Weakness: {P}+30
Resistance:
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}

Mamoswine LVX - 180 HP - {W}
Level Up

[Poke-Power: Beserk]
You can only use this Power if Mamoswine is affected by a Special Condition. Once during you turn, (before you attack) you may use one of these effects, based on what Special Condition Mamoswine is affected by: If Mamoswine is Poisoned, all of Mamoswine's attacks do 30 more damage to the Defending Pokemon. If Mamoswine is Burned, reduce damage done to Mamoswine by your opponent next turn by 20. If Mamoswine is Paralyzed, discard a card from your hand, to remove all Special Conditions from Mamoswine. Mamoswine may not use another Poke-Power this turn.

{W}{W}{F}{F}{C} Crash - 150
If Mamoswine used Beserk this turn, discard all {W} and {F} Energy attached to Mamoswine.

Weakness: {M}x2
Resistance: {L}-20
Retreat Cost {C}{C}{C}{C}{C}

I don't recall there being a multiple effects by certain requirements Power in the PTCG before, so, I kinda improvised. :/

Celebi lv X 110 HP {G}
Level-Up

Poke-power: Aromatherapy
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may remove 1 Special Condition from each of your Active Pokemon.

Poke-power: Wild Leaves
Once during your turn (before you attack), if the Defending pokemon is affected by a Special Condition, you may flip a coin. If heads, attach an Energy card from your discard pile to Celebi. This power can't be used if Celebi is affected by a Special Condition.

{C} Energy Flow 10+
You may move as many Energy cards as you like attached to Celebi to one of your Benched pokemon. This attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each Energy you move. If you moved a {G} or {P} energy, the Defending pokemon is now Burned and you may either switch Celebi with one of your Benched pokemon or return Celebi and all remaining cards attached to it into your hand.

Weakness: {R} x2 Resistance: __ Retreat: {C}

Darkrai lv X 100 HP {D}
Level-Up

Poke-power: Dark Void
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may search your deck for any card and discard it. If you do, the Defending Pokemon is now Asleep, and shuffle your deck afterward. This power can't be used if Darkrai is affected by a Special Condition.

{C} Barren Trance 10
Discard an Energy card attached to the Defending pokemon. If you do, flip a coin. If tails, discard an Energy card attached to Darkrai.

{D}{C}{C} Night Shadows 50+
Does 50 damage plus 10 more damage times the number of Energy cards attached to the Defending Pokemon. If the Defending pokemon is Asleep, remove up to 2 damage counters from Darkrai.

Weakness: {F} x2 Resistance: {P} -20 Retreat: __

Combo: Darkrai finds and discards energy, Celebi picks it up. Also combos with Celebi's basic form.
You can switch between 2 Celebi lvX, with Darkrai powering from the bench. Or, you can tank with a healing Darkrai as you power a Celebi on the bench using Darkrai.

It's funny that they kind of counter each other, and yet they work well together.

EDIT: Added "shuffle your deck afterward" to Darkrai's power. Stupid me.
