My pokemon friend told me about it when i was struggling to get a good pokemon deck :p

Pranking , Pokemon (Of course), dubstep, Warhammer 40,000, World of warcraft and collecting comics!

3. I like music, making music, pokemon, anime, all types of games ( COD to Darksouls 2)
4. Playing games, playing piano, and of course all Pokemon games and pokemon tcg!
5. Started Playing pokemon tcg in November 2014, looking to get into pokemon tcg competively

I saw pokebeach on a video from Pooka from TheTopCut

Got in to the game for my kid last year and now find myself building decks online and trying to make creative decks.

Slightly addicted to the TCGO game and play it more than I should.

I also want to start checking out the buy/sell forums and maybe trade with people (if possible) so I can obtain some harder to find cards.

HI guys while my sn says Istas - I usually go by LP almost anywhere online.

I joined because I recently got back into pokemon and was looking into trying to find some info on what to look for in misprints, errors and other such issues when buying the newer cards. I use to collect in the 90's and into 2001. So I'm not use to people faking cards. =<

I'm a fan of pokemon - I bought a 3ds just for pokemon x and y, I have almost all the original gb/gbc/gba games. I use to adore pokemon snap and wish they'd make a new one. I also enjoy other video games Super Mario is a series I love. I'm an artist and Anime fan too.
 
Hello! I'm TheSuhSpence, and I came to PokeBeach forums so I can "be with my people" as I'm the only one at my school who plays Pokemon, so I need somebody to talk about it with. That's about it! :)

I've been playing Pokemon since I was a wee child (Leaf Green was my very first videogame) and have been with the series ever since. It holds a very special place in my heart. <3

My favourite Pokemon is Wobbuffet. I am Canadian, my favourite colour is green, and that's about all I have to say for now.

I'm into music production, specifically EDM (shameless plug for my SoundCloud lelel), graphic design (I made that avatar), Pokemon, TF2, HL2, and Super Meat Boy.

I joined because I really wanted to share fan-card ideas - like an entire set's worth - and see who wanted to throw ideas in with, do fanart, critique and such, etc. I found this site years ago actually but NEVER thought to actually join. Here I am now. Late than never!

I hope this is a lively Pokemon community; I play the card game frequently and try to make decks for Fun and for Glory.

Been lurking these forums for years but never registered. I am 24 and living in Maryland a big Pokemon fan since I was a youngin I've always collected the cards and recently been playing with Pokemon TCG online. I am pretty scared to go to any Leagues I have huge anxiety.

I wanted to discuss Pokemon and make Poke friends worldwide and this seemed like a great place to do so with such a very friendly and helpful community.

Found the site through a competitive deck building video. I gave it a look and it seems like a pretty nice place.

I've been a massive YuGiOh player since 2002, but I've slowly been loosing interest in the game with the advent of some of the newer mechanics and some general player interactions. So I'm putting that on the back burner and replacing it with the Pokemon TCG. I've had a lot of fun just playing around with the starter decks and stuff, but I'm ready to get more in depth with it.

I'll probably have all kinds of questions about deck building and card interactions while I learn, and I hope I can find that here. I'm looking forward to a nice stay.
 
Hello people of the internet. I am GabladeRunner, an aspiring and hopeful trainer in the Pokemon Trading Card Game. I got into this about a year ago due to JWittz and his instructional videos on how to actually play the game, as opposed to the fake way I played several years ago with friends. Now aware of the competitive game, I have tried to make my name known in competing across my state in local leagues and tournaments, my biggest success coming this year (my first true year of play) when I made Top Cut at a City Championship. I wish to learn more and more about the game with my addition to this site, as well as educate someone who might want to learn from me about the game in general.
 
Hello, I'm ii. I joined because I wanted to be able to discuss Pokemon in an environment that is active and not high pressure. I really want to work on learning how to play the TCG and video games competitively. Honestly, I am having trouble finding out where to start.

I collect the cards right now. I only just recently learned how to play the TCG. I'm usually so busy during the school year that I cannot devote as much time to learning how to do the competitive TCG and battling things. I know I should just make time ... I still struggle though. This is my venture to see if I can make connections with actual competitive fans and start out!

I have been using Pokebeach to help me sort my collections and read news for a few months now. The scans helped me to sort through my old cards and put them into order. I also can get hyped up for news about future TCG releases and merchandise.

Outside of Pokemon, I enjoy mathematics and watching let's plays (Northernlion is my favourite person to watch).

I am looking forward to being part of the community and talking about everything to do with Pokemon and getting into competitive!
 
Good morning, my name is Chloe Watermelon, and I joined mostly because I play Pokemon Y and was searching for information, found this forum, and decided I probably needed to join one of these.
I already updated my profile, so I probably don't need to do the full intro. Basically I have a question, and I was unable to find the answer anywhere, most likely because I'm stupid and totally missed something that was obvious. I'm sure there is a subforum or something for questions that I did not see, so sorry in advance.
I saw the trading forum, and it seems to be only for cards. My question is A) do people trade pokemon they have on VGs online (reliably), like agreeing to put them in the TGS with some conditions or other, and 2) does the trading forum here incorporate such activities? For instance, I have some pretty decent type pokemon and I would really, really love to trade someone something for a Shaymin, with which my life would be complete.
I don't know if this thing will alert me if anyone actually responds to this, and I'll check, though I have little hope for that, but if anyone would be good enough to help me out with that question, could you PM me or something?

I have a VERY huge interest in FNaF and Pokemon right now, and I'm sure nothing will stop me! I'm a British/Cornish female and I have recently taken up dancing! Also, I have brown hair and blue eyes. Hello, everyone, I am Spiesus. I joined to be apart of a community that loves my new hobby of TCG. At my house here we have been trying to find a game to play that takes us away from the digital world and after months of debate we were down to MTG and this, and we chose this. I found out about this from google. However, I do love me a good RPG. Hobbies/Interests are building nice little tools around the house and video games mostly.

Hopefully, I can make some new friends around here.
 
Hey guys I'm Arcane-secret. I decided to join because a buddy and I decided to get back into pokemon and wanted to get into more competitive play. We found a video showing how to make competitive decks and it recommended this site. As for hobbies, Pokemon is one of the many games I play, along with other card, dice and tabletop games. I hope to learn more about the game in general here as well as some cool strategies.

Anyway, I like mahou shoujo and Kagerou Project. They're pretty cool. I wrote a 490 page novel! Isn't that so typical and unimpressive? Anyway, I'm here, so hello!
