BW/BW2 Is Chandelar Broken?

This is just a powerful glass cannon, I beat one in the game easy with crunch so it's not broken at least not the normal ones.
so if somebody switched out chandelock on a fighting or normal type to try to trap it, in a SINGLE BATTLE, if the normal or fighting type mon knows a move that is SE against chandelock, cant it just take out its substitute and then KO it with a SE move?
and what if chandelock doesnt learn psychic?

This is why people are worried. If your opponent is stuck on a Choice Banded/Scarfed Extreme Speed, Close Combat, etc. You are forced to do nothing while Shandelar sets up a Sub and six Calm Minds. After that, you would probably need two Physical Choice Scarfers (or really fast Banders) with super effective moves to kill the Chandelar.

I know a sazando could probably beat it though. Or power it up with flamethrower (ff) and/or protect it with powerful stab/type coverage.
What would be fun is a blissey. Poor little special wall about to be destroyed by a choice band fighting move. Swap it out with shanderra and game over.
Shadowtag is automatic uber i think. Just as great as wobbuffett.

Only thing scarier now is zoroark posing as one. Actually a zoroark posing as either this or gengar could be fun.
People get freaked out, try either use ghost move for little damage, or just give up since they are stuck anyways. Then once they figure it out, its to late. Plus, it can pose by using flamethrower to.
Also, since itll be uber, pair it up with wobbuffett! Seriously, that will just about kill anything when put together.
