Not positive about the Pal Pad and Missing Clover SRs, but I can't imagine the fossil getting a SR, and another catcher SR would be super lame.

It's in SM4+ GX Battle Boost, not Ultra sun & Ultra Moon. all 3 sets will be in the English Ultra Prism set though
