Okay, I have gone through TnT and here are the prices I found:
Yanmega Prime - $8
Donphan Prime - $7.50
Uxie - $9
Gengar (Legendary) - $3
Considering that my Uxie are league promos, I can have them as low as $7 instead since they are still pristine. If you agree to that value for Uxie, then maybe we can work something out.

@ DarkMind: Umm, would you be willing to accept a 3rd Uxie for another Donphan prime? If not, then I would like two Donphan prime instead. As for the $2 difference, if you have some Trapinch and Vibrava from Rising Rivals, that be great. I never bought anything from that set and now have two Flygon and a Lv X that I can't use at all.

Umm, you tell me. Mone-wise, this is fair to me. Pre-release sleeves are generally sold for $10 and Uxie, as I said in a previous post today, I value it as $7 for being a league promo. Mew is being sold for as low as $16. Unless you are interested in something else that aren't sleeves, I don't know what to tell you.

I value The Magnezone prime about 8-9 dollars. It's too much for the Dialga G LP's. They are valued at less than a dollar a piece.
