It depends what you have to offer. For an Eevee, maybe a DP Fossil Pokemon.

I really need a Porygon. I'm willing to offer one of the following:

TM Swords Dance (I would attatch these items to a previously mentioned Pokemon.)
Dawn Stone
Gyarados
Drifloon
Eevee
Phione (I don't know if that would be unfair.)
