Does this mean Primals are allowed as well?

Does PS even support primals yet? We don't know how they're activated, so I assume not.

Yes they do. I've has Primal Groudon 2/3 times in randbats. They are activated as soon as they come into battle while holding their orb.

KoN, what about Mega Pokémon that may not have been revealed yet (if there are any)?

Obviously primals aren't a problem, as legendaries are not allowed.

When/if they are revealed with all their information and have been added to showdown, then yes. I can't see why not.
