Seems to be a potential rogue deck. Sit around with Tatsugiri as you dig for Kofus and setting up your Crabominables/Veluzas, then hit back for cheap.

Braixen/Serena didnt really work because it scales the damage, and if you prize even 1 Serena suddenly your ceiling doesnt even two-shot vulnerable VMaxes. This one scales the cost instead so even if you have to slowly attach manually, once you get the chance to hit its always going to hit hard.

Edit: Oh shoot the Crabrawler is 90HP. That kinda sucks not being Poffin legal.

Nice, another vanilla card that hits for 250 and can be used with the Slowking that was revealed earlier.
[P][C] Inspirational Challenge: Discard the top card of your deck. If that card is a Pokémon without a Rule Box, choose 1 of that Pokémon’s attacks and use it as this attack.
Question: which would be better to run with Slowking: Crabominable or Conkeldurr?

Not attacking turn after turn will absolutely nullify any advantage this would have over Braxian. Slowly attaching energy until you can attack for 250 offers almost no advantage to hitting 100-160 a turn. You need to design the deck to be fast enough and this isn't it.

At best, you gotta use Reversal Energy to set up an attack from Crab after the opponent knocks out one of your pokemon, after you discard 2 Kofu. If any 1 of your Kofu are prized, you now need 2 attachments without Reversal Energy. Reversal Energy isn't that consistent on its own, but things get even more complicated when you can't set up one-prizers like this through simple enough means.

Maybe if Kofu was actually good this would be a funny deck, but unfortunately that’s not the case. I guess the deck never really had a shot at being good to begin with, these types of decks never do lol

that crobaminable is so beautiful, the color scheme reminds me of yu gi oh ghost cards, really enjoy it.
cant wait for this set to come out!
