The square wheels of writer's block have turned into circles! ANOTHER NEW CHAPTER!

Chapter XIII
Latios & Latias

"It's amazing that in dangerous times like these, strong love can still go on." Latios said, floating over the lake with Latias.
"Yes, indeed." Latias replied, pulling Latios into a kiss. After a moment, they pulled apart and continued to zoom over the grassiest area of the town.
"I mean, with Arceus being evil and all."
"Of course."
"Maybe we could form an alliance against him, and battle him!"
"Maybe."
Suddenly, out of nowhere, a humongous boulder fell on top of Latios, crushing him.
"Latios!" Latias cried, and glided over to the boulder, watching Latios struggle to be free. She pushed the boulder with all her might, but it wasn't enough. Latios ceased breathing and lay there, dead. Latias floated backward, tears rolling down her face. Suddenly, Arceus jumped onto the boulder.
"Let this be a lesson to anyone who dares to oppose, or even talk about opposing me!" he yelled.
"You monster! You'll pay for this!" Latias yelled, and teleported away.

She ended up in the legendary meetingplace. Staring into Arceus's chair, she thought,
Why is Arceus doing this? This isn't the Arceus I know.
Suddenly, a voice said,
"I have the answer to that."
Latias immediately turned around to find herself face-to-face with a man who had spiked blue hair. He was wearing a uniform with a large "G" printed across the front.
"What is it?" She asked the man.
"You'll never know." The man said, taking out a dart gun. Instead of darts, there were black orbs. He shot one at Latias, and she immediately fell asleep.

BTW, I made an itsy-bitsy change to the Shaymin chapter. A cookie if you can spot it. ;D

Shaymin was lying in Floaroma Meadow, calmly smelling in the wonderful aura of Gracidea flowers as he slept peacefully. He was dreaming about the most wonderful things he could dream of: walking in the meadow, smelling in the beautiful smell of the Gracidea flowers, proposing to Fro-
A sudden beep came from Shaymin's watch and he awoke with a start. He was so angry about being woken up that he took his watch off and threw it across the meadow, forgetting what it meant when the watch turned red like this. He turned and started to go back to Floaroma town, but the watch came back and hit him in the head.
