But what you need is a Ditto.
Because you can breed any Pokemon with a Ditto.

Oh yeah, I traded the Deoxys a few times on the GTS because the original one wasn't that good, and I got a really good one with 304 HP and the move Spikes and it's legit from Hoenn level 100. You'll like it.

Yes. Found it in Trophy Garden and caught it with an Ultra Ball
