Zapados would be whos pokemon? Shuckle would be cool though. Maybe stalling could come back to the format.
 
When LA just came out and it was BRs at the start of the season, a few friends of mine at my league thought of this:

Kingdra level X

Poke-Power: Once during your turn (before you attack) you may use this Poke-Power. You win.
 
My friend and I thought of these ideas about a year ago, when we were noobs (XD):

Rampardos level X

Gallade LV.X
Mew LV.X
Celebi LV.X
Jirachi LV.X
Deoxys LV.X (all forms)
Regice LV.X

Poke-power:
Once during your turn, draw your deck. Choose any number of cards you want from those and put the rest back into your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Lol but if not Magikarp then Tyranitar x, Ho-Oh, Lugia, 2nd gen starters x, weavile x, abomosnow x, gyrados x, mew x, scizor x, 'gross x, nidoking/queen x, groudon/kyogre/rayquaza/deoxys x, Dragonite x, ummm...celebi x, donphan x, ummm the list goes on...haha but i bet we will see Ho-oh, lugia, entei, suicune, raikou and the 2nd gen starters x in the HG/SS set, and then maybe a tyranitar x. If they made a dragonite x i would combine that in a deck with garchomp x, salamance x and flygon x all together. I would be the dragon master!
 
They could make battle revolution cards:
Delibird CL (coloseum leader) Lv X
Lucario CL Lv X

Lumineon Lv X would be good to.
 
I want to see a Dunsparce lv.x and a Tyranitar lv.x fo sho!
