I don't know if it would really be "beneficial" to be reprinted, but DRE is by far the most broken and power choice of those 3. While Windstorm would eliminate Unown G and Cessation Crystal could stop Gengar, DRE would be incredibly broken to have again and change the metagame. Whether or not you think it would be beneficial depends on whether or not you like this fast-paced meta we are currently in...

Windstorm defiantly beats them all. Hands down.

Getting rid of BTS/Any stadium for Skuntank G (Hurts like 90% of the format), Getting rid of Unown G, Energy Gain, etc. is quite game changing.

Windstorm, by far. How often has your opponent put an Unown G on their Claydol when you're playing Gengar? Do you ever have somewhat of a hard time setting up Nidoqueen RR when you're facing a deck with Skuntank G?

If Windstorm is reprinted, Gengar will become so much better. Heck, ANY deck would be so much better.

What is DRE?
And for Cessation Crystal and Windstorm, I would say Windstorm because of the reasons above.

Windstorm by far would be the most beneficial for the metagame, DRE would just be something to add to the already slightly unbalanced metagame....Cessation Crystal wouldn't be too bad, but not as beneficial as Windstorm

Windstorm. Best card for the Format and Unown Gs would be a thing of the past. Of course, then Machamp and Gengar would be be even more popular. However, the other two are close calls two. Those were the biggest things rotated out last time IMO.

dmaster out.

Cess crystal, in my opinion, would fix EVERYTHING. I was just talking about it the other day!

However, then you have the issue of a Deafening Dialga G with a Cess Crystal attached... how exactly you stop that, i'm not sure.

^lol.
i was thing about cessasion crystal.
windstorm would make gengar and machamp bdif leaving a bland format.
cess crystal would be wierd not game breaking.

Out of the list I say Windstorm since we have very little to counter tools and stadiums without it.

However I would like something like Gardevoir ex (delta) to return. Then we would have a way to eliminate bodies and powers without Cessation.

with all the cheap SP decks running around(which are 3x as cheap as any Machamp deck or Champ combo deck), I'm already thinking it's a bland format, at least for the states

If there are a few cards I would love to see back then they are Windstorm, Cessation Crystal and Holon's Castform (possibly other Holon's Pokemon->Energies). Castform would make so many decks playable again, and would be less overused in Plox like DRE.

Windstorm is cool, but it really isn't so necessary ATM. After all, we have Relicanth next set. DRE is the most powerful, but not necessarily the most beneficial. I think that Cessation is more beneficial, actually. Gengar problem, good bye!

Let's see what all three would do to the meta-game:

DRE: Suddenly the slower decks comeback. I could certainly see GG becoming mainstream again, and Flygon would get even more popular. Overall, I see this as a healthy change. The fast decks still could compete, but you don't need a T1 donk attack anymore to do well. Gives us even more of a variety.

Cessation Crystal: This card....is going to hurt a lot of decks. OK, after I get set-up, I simply attach Cess. Crystal onto my Active Pokemon, and you can't use your Uxies, Mesprits, Azelfs, Crobat Gs, and Claydols. Dialga G has proven Body-locking isn't cool either. Both of these combined is just sick. With nearly all decks relying on Draw-power these days, Cessation is NOT good addition to the format. We need more in the Supporter drawing department before we even dare look at this card again.

Windstorm: With Windstorm, SP decks are a thing of the past. Energy Gain and Unown G are both vital to those decks, and without them, SP decks are too slow and are crushed by Machamp. Gengar gets hurt a little bit, but then he gains a huge power boost in the end, no being able to snipe Claydols and Uxies without a care. BTS will be a thing of the past, too, and decks will start looking like Pre-Platinum decks again. The lack of Unown G, however, could make some cards more viable again, especially Special Conditions decks and decks with damage counters. Still, I see too much Gechamp domination with this, as Champ beats down your Basics and Gengar picks off your draw-power.

Here's a suggestion created by me:

-GET A BETTER SUPPORTER DRAW SYSTEM!!! Really, what do we have for draw this format? Felicity, Buck, Mars, POV, Volkner's and Mom's Kindness. How about refreshment/disruption? TGW, Looker's, Rowan, and Cynthia's. Considering some of those cards are bad, and some only work in certain decks, we need to get more in the way of draw support. With more draw support, decks wouldn't need Claydol and Uxie so bad, thus knocking Gengar down a notch. With more draw, I could see SPs and speed decks dropping a Uxie or so, though they will still keep 1 or 2 on hand. With a better draw system, some of the other cards listed could come back without as much harm, and Power-locking wouldn't be as much of an issue. Overall, this would be a welcome change for the format, and we wouldn't be screwed over when we DO lose Uxie and Claydol. Budget decks would also start to exist again, as now they wouldn't need two or three $20 cards.

A better draw system would be the best for the format, IMO, but if I had to pick one of the three listed, I'd go with DRE. GG still wouldn't become a dominant force, people.
