2. Background (if I can't do your background I will do something else that is near or looks nice.): Anything cool and good

ok the guide thing for animation is NOT working out!!
please send with pictures PLUS steps
i can do everything except set the rate at 3000 i don't even know where to type that in!
i tried like 20 times and it keeps on saying it can't save!

I will be working overdrive tommorow trying to get these orders done. (It's 1 in the morning in the UK).

Save it under a floder which on my computer is titled my pictomotions.
I still am confused with the animation thing I don't know where to get to that frames menu.
