XY Mewtwo forme/Mewthree speculation.

Movie comes out July 13th, 2 days before July CoroCoro (but could leak before then).
It would mean people who see the movie and see Mewtwo's second forme might get confused because they only know about one.
I'm thinking this weeks Smash will just be a recap of what we've seen in CoroCoro. Movie news would be very much liked, but I'm not really expecting it.
But one situation I can see to do with the movie would be something like:
>3 weeks before movie16, Smash say something about recapping the info we already have, but also hint there may be more news.
>2 weeks before movie16, Smash reveal that there's one last piece of info we need to know about the movie (maybe silhouette of Mewtwo forme2)
>Week before movie16, Smash reveal Mewtwo's second forme and tell all about both Mewtwo's formes (how it transforms, abilities, and all other whatnot)

Though it seemed like he was talking about only Gogoat being the Pokemon you use in the city. And it is indeed true that you can't use your party Pokemon for transportation even in the other areas.
They are probably keeping the second forme secret, especially if it's a Fairy type. I suspect that Pokemon Smash and the July Corocoro will reveal all of the juicy tidbits when the move comes out, including types.
Also why do people keep saying the lake trio should be fairies. No. They are not Fairy type material in the slightest. Their whole behavior and concept is based off of the *mind* and we've already seen that you don't have to look like a stereotypical pixie to be a Fairy type. Just,,,no.

Oh yes definitely. I myself am taking the second part of the rumor with a grain of salt, as he may have just thrown some random stuff in there to make us think the news was fake. The first part I do believe is true, however.
I'm just throwing this in, but the leaker didn't say anything about Mewtwo's third forme being in relation to the movie at all. All they provided was that there is going to be one, it's activated via an item and it resembles Mew. No-one said anything about it being in the movie.
Why? They could be waiting to use the other forme in another movie. Gamefreak are often unpredictable, and to say all 3 Mewtwo's will be in the movie without any evidence isn't logical. 
They wouldn't keep it secret for the movie in summer 2014. Because it definitely wouldnt be about mewtwo and we would have found out it has 2 formes a year ahead due to the games coming out in october.
If there is another mewtwo forme, its gonna be featured in the movie next month for sure. Its not like Mewtwo is important every year. This years movies spotlight is Mewtwo, so they would use what they got now.
(its not "all 3"...there is currently just 1, that changes forme.)
And there actually is some indirect evidence for it. The fact that the mewtwo seen in the trailer has an intentionally different voice, indicating this is not THE Mewtwo, implying the original (lol) Mewtwo might make an appearance...and well its not gonna NOT change forme after the new one shows off, and its also not gonna change to the same forme as the new one, otherwise there was no point in using a new mewtwo at all... as for the old mewtwo not appearing: I don't see how they can have a new mewtwo (supposedly one of a kind experiment) and NOT mention the old one while explaining where the heck this one came from, whatever the explanation is going to be.
As for evidence for the existence of a forme itself, we got:
-forme artwork filename being M2x (adding an x out of all things makes no sense, unless there is an y)
-highly reliable source claiming there is one
and as said, if it exists, it will surely be in the movie, which then means, if it isn't in the movie, it doesnt exist.

I would love for both Mewtwos to make an appearance! But what would they do? Would they fight, or would they team up against the final Genesect, or something else completely?Mitja said:

All I'm saying is, the leaker never said Mewtwo "Y" would be in the movie.

Thinking about it, the only way I can see an Y-forme existing AND not being featured in a movie with mewtwo showing off new formes (lol), is if the original mewtwo was addressed in the anime after the movie is out or something...but I don't follow the anime to know if they ever make connections or pretend the movies never happened.
I mean its amost like if last year Kyurem would have only changed to Black Kyurem but not White.
I stopped watching the anime during the Johto series about 10 years ago so I don't know how it rolls anymore, and I get everyone's point about not making sense not to feature both new formes, but nothing is ever certain.
