Thanks guys! I worked pretty hard to make that clock all watery with no plugins xP I'm trying really hard to improve my skills. BTW, Fatal is that a new style you are using? I love it on Deoxys in my sig!

@ Hyperbeem- As I said it was I who made the tag not Fatal hahaha.
@Sparks- I like it particularly the colours used. However the effects on the arms look cool but look overdone particularly the right hand. Look nice though apart from that ^.^ And gl to all those whom entered the SOTW!

Extra 6/10, unfortunately it wasn't the most clean execution of effects so you lost points there.

Extra 8/10, Your smudge wasn't too well done, and the choice of stock (too bland) really brought down the interesting effects on the right side.

I couldn't decide whether to make the lighting coming from the top or the bottom. I might have chosen the bottom in hindsight, but regardless I think it looks splendid. I tried a new style here, with those bubbles that Josh uses frequently. There was a few mistakes here and there, but overall I love how it looks.
