Pokemon most powerful legendary

hey jay latios is a boy, not a girl, and my favorite in the show has got to be the all powerful suicune. in the game it's metagross ex, and raikou from pop 2 (he is so freakin' cool!), and rakou*. I wish Arcanine was a star pokemon * here he sobs brokenheartedly about the poor mistreated Arcanine.*

I like all the legendaries but Rayquaza is my favorite legendary:)
 
rayquaza owns all. only in tcg apparently.
but in games....i'm going to have to say mewtwo, since it can learn pratically any attack.
 
Rayquaza has awesome attack but I have never seen him in battle yet and I think he can learn hyper beam but I am not sure because I don't have any of the hoen games yet.:)

Besides rayquaza I would say mew because he can learn ALL TM's and HM's.:)

Card: Rayquaza EX DR. People underestimate how easily it can do 240...

Antares: Gyrados is not a legendary and All-Out Blast is NOT broken. It is merely a hugely damaging combo with Delcatty EX.
