That should do it for stats: Mewtwo, Lugia, Rayquaza, and Ho-oh have 680 base stats. They have the highest overall stats.

However, I consider Celebi with Leech Seed to be the most powerful in the game. It can suck away 40% of your HP every turn.

As far as Double Battles go: Groudon + Zapdos destroys everything.

Looks Like Tyranitar is with those ubers

Tyranitar is powerful~

juz look at D tyranitar from TRR,
tyranitar ex UF has great atks and HP,
tyranitar δ has a outstanding HP of 120 with metal type!
tyranitar ex δ is very good, straight KO for 2 turns ~
