Pokemon most powerful legendary

Finally, somebody else that sees my point. plus it destroys everybodies little Rayquaza cause it learns Ice Beam and stuff.

because he has the best stats, best attacks, and if you use him right, no real weakness. that's why he's broken. at least 98% broken.

but if you use him right, then he won't take double damage. i know someone in OK that has a Kyogre and whenever she plays for fun, she always plays with her mom. Her mom will always try to KO the kyogre with Manectric with Thunder or something, but hte girl knows how to stop it. she still won't tell me how ot do it though i_i

plus itll just OHKO it hte thing next turn.

wha? rayquaza gets OWNED by lil' kyogre!

If you play kyogre with a pokemon that has lightning rod (like manectric) then there goes his weakness to electric attacks. Then he's only weak against grass types, which dont really stand a chance if he has the dreaded ice beam.

T4+: Kill kill kill

Sometimes, Kyogre will have Thunder instead of Ice Beam or Rest.

Some people will argue that Kyogre isn't broken because Kyogre can't hurt Ludicolo / Quagsire / Shedinja very well. The fact of the matter is, the point is irrelevant. Everyone shouldn't be forced to put Shedinja in their team just to combat or counter one Pokémon. If it is expected on average to almost always KO 2 monsters (most likely more), then it is considered broken, and unfair.

I'm sure that Mew or Ho-oh were meant to be the most powerful legendary, but it just isn't that way in the GB games.
 
Kyogre is a very powerful pokemon he can beat rayquaza because of ice beam and he can defeat groudon because of surf or ice beam.
 
But the bad part about Mew is that he doesn't have very good HP, so he can get KO'd really easily. but he still has the best attacks;)

I still think Kyogre since it will forever be broken IMO.

Arcanine, Mew has a base stat of 100 for HP. That's just as much as Tyranitar has and look at how well it does.

Kyogre is the best Legendary. It's ability os godly and so are it's stats.
 
Hey, Charizardain't a legendary!!

But anyway, those all-new legendaries look like can beat Kyogre!! I hope they make a Dark legendary that can beat Mew, Mew2 and Deoxys.

AKA, Godzilla with base stats of this:

HP 120
Atk. 165
Def. 152
Sp. Atk. 116
Sp. Def. 142
Spd. 81

Of course, nobody really knows the stats of Godzilla;)

That should do it for stats: Mewtwo, Lugia, Rayquaza, and Ho-oh have 680 base stats. They have the highest overall stats.

However, I consider Celebi with Leech Seed to be the most powerful in the game. It can suck away 40% of your HP every turn.

As far as Double Battles go: Groudon + Zapdos destroys everything.
