Alright, after spending the last 48 hours trying and failing to get my modem working, i've found my old laptop. The next round has begun! good luck to you.

For round requirements please look at my last post.(before this one ya n00bs :F)
Good luck.

Ampharos Lv. 60 - 130HP [L]
Stage 2 - Evolves from Flaaffy

[L] Attract Current 20
Flip 3 coins. For each heads, search your deck for a [L] Energy card and attach it to 1 of your Pokémon.

[C][C] Cotton Spore 40
During your opponent's next turn, the Defending Pokémon pays [C][C] more to retreat.

[L][C][C] Discharge
Discard any number of [L] Energy attached to Ampharos. For each one you discarded, choose one of your opponent's Pokémon and flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 40 damage to that Pokémon.

The tip of its tail shines brightly. Some people use it on Lighthouses to guide ships to the bay.

Weakness - [F]+30 Resistance - [M]-20 Retreat Cost - [C][C]

Tyranitar Lv 58 140HP(F)(D)

Stage 2 - Evolves from Pupitar [this Pokémon is both (F) and (D) type.]

(C)(C) Trash 30+
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 30 damage plus 10 damage. If tails, Tyranitar does 10 damage to itself.

(F)(F)(C) Rock Slide 60
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 60 damage plus 20 damage to each defending Pokémon. If tails, this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon.

(D)(C)(C)(C) Dark Pulse 90
Before doing damage, count the remaining HP of the Defending Pokémon and Tyranitar. If Tyranitar has less remaining HP then the Defending Pokémon, this attack does an additional 20 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon.

When a Tyranitar goes on a rampage, whole mountain area's can succumb to it. Luckily none has done this in a populated area.

Weakness: (F)(G) + 30
Ressistance: (P) - 20
Retreat Cost: (C)(C)(C)(C)

Well, when I had to do a stage 2, I couldn't do anything else than my most precious pokémon: Tyranitar! so, please comment! :D

Okay... I got it.

Charizard Lv.82 - HP130 - R
Stage 2 - Evolves from Charmeleon

CC - Air Slash - 30
Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed.

RC - Wildfire
Does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. If that Pokémon has [R] weakness, this attack does 30 damage to it instead. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness.

RRC - Ravage - 80
The Defending Pokémon is now Burned. Charizard does 10 damage to itself. If Charizard is Knocked Out in this way, count the number of Prize cards your opponent has remaining and discard that many cards from the top of your opponent's deck.

It is very proud. It will not hesitate to disobey a TRAINER it deems unworthy.

WK: W+30 / RS: F-30 / RC: CC

ShinyMarshtomp: Wierdest card ever, at least the Cotton Spore attack is. Can't seem to choose as to whether 3 energies is too much... but I think it is... probably better as two. 149

James: Defending needs caps, other stuff already said... and what happened to having 2 retreat cost? Plus, you're probably managing to hit about 120s if you wanted to, and I don't really like that power... but then, there's been worse. 145.

PMJ: I'm not sure about this, seeing that this sort of attack doesn't exist yet, but I think it would be....
Does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. If a Pokémon damaged has [R] weakness, this attack does 30 damage to it instead. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness.
But it's your attack... so something.

Is that what you meant when you said it's two of the same energy cost?

And something about discarding up to 6 cards (if you do it early) disturbs me, but then the probability of doing that is low.
148

Hm, I don't remember it being worded quite like that. I interpreted it to mean that no 2 attacks can have the same Energy cost. Oh well, there's always next round.

Well, FPS is the only remaining contestant, and he hasn't visted for a week. So. We're going to end this round, and he will have to do both rounds if he comes by tommorow. If not he's out.

Next Round:
A Lv. X Pokemon.
Must be Leveled up from a stage 1, that is fully evolved.
Cannot have a baby pre-evo.
Cannot be a Pokemon made in Hoen or Kanto (It it evolves from a Kanto/Hoen Pokemon that is alright.)
Can't be (L),(C),(R) or(M) type.
Must have a Power/Body and can only have 1 attack.
Must have a retreat cost

The following list of Pokemon, are Pokemon exempt from the Kanto/Hoen rule(Means you can use them if they fit the other requirements).:
Tentacruel
Vaporeon
Glalie
Muk
Weezing
Breloom
Ninjask

So far, only PMJ has been elimanated...

jk lurb (only did that cause you asumed you were in this round)

Vespiqueen LV.X - 120HP [G]
Level-Up - Put onto Vespiqueen

Poké-Body: Defend Order
If Vespiqueen is damaged by an opponent's attack, you may discard any number of Combee in play or from your hand. If you do, any damage done to Vespiqueen is reduced by 30 for each one you discarded (the discarded Combee don't count as Knocked Out Pokémon).

[G][C] Toxic Sting 10
The Defending Pokémon is now Asleep and Poisoned. Put 3 damage counters instead of 1 on the Defending Pokémon between turns.

Put this card onto your Active Vespiqueen. Vespiqueen LV.X can use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous Level.

Weakness - [R]x2 Resistance - [F]-20 Retreat Cost - [C][C][C]

I'm not sure I understand completely. Do you mean we are able to use those Pokemon as long as they fit the requirements above? Or we can't use them at all?

That card is incrediably scary. Don't know what to make of it... I can definitely think of an engine to go with that, but... Defense of 90 and Triple Poison is just too much. I'll just say 148...

OK, here goes my entry!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Toxicroak Lv. X 110 HP (P)
[Level Up - put onto Toxicroak]

Poké-Body: Anticipation

Whenever Toxicroak is damaged by an attack from a (P) type Pokémon, reduce that damage by 30(after applying weakness and resisstance) (If Toxicroak would be Knocked Out by an (P) Pokémon's attack by applying weakness and ressistance, first reduce the eventual damage before Knocking Out Toxicroak(this Poké-Body can prevent Toxicroak from being Knocked Out)).

(F)(F)(C) Revenge 40
If Toxicroak received damage during your opponent's previous turn by an attack from his or her Active Pokémon this attack's base damage is 100 instead.

[Put this card onto your Active Toxicroak. Toxicroak LV.X can use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous Level.]

Weakness: (P) + 40
Ressistance: (G) - 20
Reatreat Cost: (C)(C)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

so please comment! :D
