Well, as I looked at the forums yesterday, I realized that there hadn't been any spoiler contests lately.
Well, no more of that drought. I, contest veteran, Muddy68 have decided to make my own contest. I will need at least 8 people to get this started, but will gladly go over. I will also need 2 other judges to help me with eliminating people, which will happen after every challenge.

Following the Round Rules 5 pts
Originality 10 pts
Creativity 10 pts
Over powered/ Under powered (HGSS Set Wise) 10 pts

Total: ?/35

So I expect you to follow the HGSS card rules and to use the PB energy to create the card in your post. The person with the lowest score will be eliminated. The winner of the round will receive an advantage in the next round.

Round 1:
Create a Legend Card based on any Sinnoh Legendary Pokemon, other than Arceus. I want this to be creative, and work with the second part of the challenge. Create a card of a Jhoto Legendary Pokemon that works with the Legend card.

Qualifications:
I have created countless fake spoiler sets with my friends, and I am able to constantly update my card knowledge. I am currently working on two fake sets with some of my friends, both for HeartGold/SoulSilver. I have also judged and commandeered countless contests for spoilers, and I am extremely experienced in this regard.

Hey Muddy.

I just wanted to clarify something: in over-powered, underpowered (one of the scores), you don't state for what set they'd be overpowered or underpowered. As one of the judges, I think I speak for everyone when I say we need a good reference for power levels. For example, Platinum has a ton of cheap, overpowered cards. HeartGold/SulSilver is filled with plenty of Energy-guzzling attacks and has a much slower air to it, so I was just wondering which cards we should be comparing the competitor's entry to.

Oops, I knew that I was forgetting something.
I'd like to go with the PT sets for now, as it really tests what you can do.

Am i too late to join? If i could join, i want to know whether the 2nd part of round 1 has to be a normal card or can it be a Lvl.X, Prime or Legend.
