Hmm...well I don't know... . I myself didn't really ship any characters, I just went along watching it, and have spent most of my time with fan work in PMVs and Crossover stuff. I should look around more, maybe I'll starting liking a pair after a while.
I do love Dr. Whooves/Derpy fan work I come across, so I guess I could say that for now.

I actually did do that once but they were all Rarity stories ._.
I can see Rainbow Dash with Applejack but that's just because it seems like the most common pairing. They're pretty good for each other I think but I wouldn't call it an OTP.
Rarity's my favorite pony, and it's ridiculous to see that she has gets like no love in the fan community whether it's good pictures, fics, or shipping. TRIXIE HAS MORE STORIES THAN RARITY DOES.
That said, I don't even know who I'd pair Rarity with... probably Twilight Sparkle since she's my second favorite pony.
But god, their names couldn't be worse to ship. Twilight Rarity? Rari... ugh I'm not even gonna try.

A-welp. Read it, it was good. Didn't like how the author capitalized like every other word Rarity spoke. It was REALLY distracting, but otherwise it was SUCH a FABULOUS reAD.

meh im not much of a person that cares for character pairings...
edit: btw....when i saw rainbow and fluttershy for the first time (first episode i watched was party of one...just remember that) i thought they were BF and GF...cause they were gonna "watch a house" together. PSH ya right....we all know what they were doing...construction
