TCG Fakes Neo Redux: A Triumphant Return? (Image Based) // Gee, you're big.

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: The Elegant Musketeer! (12/22/11)

Green on what part, Spammy? Can't be the copyright anymore...I fixed it. Green other parts is intentional.

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: The Elegant Musketeer! (12/22/11)

in the Poke-Power, Prizes should say "Prize cards".

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: The Elegant Musketeer! (12/22/11)

That's what I going to put, DNA, but I copied the wording from Lt. Surge's Treaty from Gym heroes...I'd link it right now but I'm on my phone.

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: The Elegant Musketeer! (12/22/11)

It looks amazing, CMP. :D One little detail that could be fixed (if you wanted) is its face - part of the holographic effect overlaps the left side of the lighter part of its face. In the image below, the red line represents the shape of its face, and the green line is just where its mouth is.

It's hard to see from my artwork, though, since that part of the face is almost pure white and the background behind it is also pure white. It's something I should have fixed before posting it online. Dx

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: The Elegant Musketeer! (12/22/11)

Thanks Xous! :D

And thanks for catching the holo error! I had erased the holo over part of the face on an earlier holosheet, but I wasn't happy with the end result so I used a new sheet and must've missed that. Doesn't help that Iwas using a mouse instead of my tablet, either. :p I'll fix it!

EDIT: Should be fixed!

Merry Christmas Eve!

THanks to DNA!

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Hoenn Fossils! (12/24/11)

Very nice! :O

Is there a reason why Energy Absorption has the phrase "After doing damage"?

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Hoenn Fossils! (12/24/11)

So, if Anorith is confused and does damage to itself, are we going by the Neo rules (in which it's 20 damage and is affected by W&R), or are we going by newer rules (in which it's placing 3 damage counters, independent of W&R)?

I think I remember having different names for the powers/attacks, but the effects are the same, so it's all good. (I kept them all in my sentbox just in case.)

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Hoenn Fossils! (12/24/11)

@Fraxureking: Thanks bro.

@Zyflair: Thanks =) As for the "After doing damage," I used the wording DNA sent out, though I don't see why it's necessary. I'll edit it.

@DNA: Good question, which I've not thought too much about. Preference? But yeah, I altered the names a bit to be a little more Pokémon-specific. I hope you don't mind. <3

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Hoenn Fossils! (12/24/11)

I don't mind.
I'm actually not sure either way. I like going for accuracy, so I'm torn between the two. I don't want to make a decision because of that, as I know I'll just disagree with myself later.

Thanks to DNA for the spoilers on Cradily! <3

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Grass types: Cradily, Whimsicott, and updated Bulba-line! (12/27/11)

Wow, I've been away for a while. All these cards are spectacular, CMP. Hoping to see more soon!

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Grass types: Cradily, Whimsicott, and updated Bulba-line! (12/27/11)

Apparently, Cradily's Pokemon Power can't be used if Lileep is asleep, confused, or paralyzed. Someone should fix that.
And as for "put Cradily on the Revived Pokemon", I know that's the name you used at first, but the English naming is 'restored', not 'revived'. Personal preference, I know, but do you plan on changing it?

As far as the art goes on these, it's absolutely beautiful. Whimsicott's as adorable as ever, and Cradily is doing what it does best - being evil.

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Grass types: Cradily, Whimsicott, and updated Bulba-line! (12/27/11)

I LOVE the artwork update on Bulbasaur and Venusaur! Looks very authentic!

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Grass types: Cradily, Whimsicott, and updated Bulba-line! (12/27/11)

Wait, Bulbasaur? That wasn't in the title when I looked... *goes*

Ivysaur doesn't look any different, but the other two do; Bulbasaur's my favorite of the 2 updated artworks, as it just looks that cool.

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Grass types: Cradily, Whimsicott, and updated Bulba-line! (12/27/11)

Argh, that's what I get for not waiting until Noble Victories came out before naming the cards "Rivoved." I haven't yet bought any NV cards yet, DNA, so I hadn't noticed the discrepancy. Thanks!

Thankfully I saved things a text layers instead of rasterizing the type...
Archen.png

Revived certainly fit better, but since Restored is the official translated term used...I am going to keep "Revived from...," however.

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: Grass types: Cradily, Whimsicott, and updated Bulba-line! (12/27/11)

I don't think the (not even damage) is necessary.
But still looks good to me

RE: Neo Redux: New blanks, new dawn. UPDATE: It...sucks. (12/28/11)

Thanks for that, Dark Void! =)

Interestingly enough, the "(not even damage)" text was really only used when there was a condition preceding it (such as changing types or preventing effects of attacks). It wasn't used when it was heads would give a conditional (as seen in the example below), only when the flip determined only damage:

Ugh. Feebas.
