I'm confused.

Can people who got banned before the Forum Jail happened(eg. Gale) still testify their case?

Yes they can. Gale is now unbanned as such.

What happens if you had an existing ban before the new upgrade was made? Say you got a ban the week before the new makeover and is supposed to last a month? Does that ban still last that long or does it turn into a perm ban? Just wondering for those already banned out there that were banned before the new upgrade.

They are moved to a permanent ban, and will have to post a thread in the jail.

My tempban lasted only a week, but I'm a nice member, so I won't do it again. (Althrough I might make a few mistakes)

Your kidding right?? They don't let the existing bans run out from the old system? That is kind of lame. They should let the old bans wear off before enforcing a permban.

He's talking about the people that had a temporary ban that was still in effect at the time this new ban system was implemented. I believe what happened is that the ban became the same nature as the others - it won't go away until that person petitions in the Forum Jail and successfully convinces the mods that s/he is worthy enough to come back.

Wow. That really stinks unless you were already permbann. I fear 2 members from ever coming back as 1 ripped me off and the other treated me like dirt. I hope he NEVER returns to these forums ever again.
