BW/BW2 New Pokéballs

I was reading on another thread (custom pokeballs), and kman123 said something about a black and white ball. I think there is a very good chance of a pokeball like this happening in black and white. What it would do, I don't know.

^Sorry. Most of the time I am too lazy to read any of the posts before me. Maybe I will ACTUALLY read some of the posts tomorrow. It depends on how bored I am though.
 
I think there could be a chance ball that you flip a coin as part of the animation and if it is heads the pokemon has a 30% chance of having a berry or other item held. Also, a reduced encounter rate pokeball that reduces the rate of encountering the pokemon you caught with it (for the zubats everyone loves encountering). :)
