Nintendo's E3 Digital Event Live Stream! [6/10]

Have they finalize the naming for "primal" yet? Or is it just primal? As I have suspected, they are similar to mega but not mega. Somebody pointed out a few days ago that if you zoom in on the corocoro scans, you could see the omega and alpha symbol next to their name, like how mega have the mega sigil next to their name.

There's actually one very good reason, though I'm not sure if it applies.

Japan has one primary language.

America has one primary language.

Europe has... how many?

So normally I'd say that's a very good reason to delay a week, cross-checking all the languages one more time, but if they do it like X and Y did where all the languages are included in every game then that reason doesn't pan out.

Maybe they're worried about shipping/cross-border issues and want to make sure all of europe gets it at the same time? :/

Meanwhile having seen May in action I am 100% okay with her. Archie and Maxie are still kinda weird to me, but this game looks AWESOME.

Primal Groudon becomes much larger and adds Fire type to its Ground type, raising the power of Fire-type moves it can learn. Primal Reversion greatly boosts Primal Groudon’s Attack. Its Ability may get a boost during this epic transformation, too.

The same thing about the ability is said about primal Kyogre.
This makes me think it is simply drought and drizzle with no 5 turn limits..

It would make sense since they are the original bearers of the ability
 
I'm calling it now: Groudon and Kyogre's "Mega Stones" are the Red/Blue orbs, which have potentially been altered in some way (pictures not mine).

Am I the only one around here who is thinking about Primal Dialga? It can't just be a coincidence that he's also a powered-up entity with glowing yellow lines on his body. Why would they give such a similar form the same name if they weren't directly related?

Asia has several languages, and besides why doesnt the UK get a seperate release on time, plus it cant take that long to do a language. Border issues wouldnt be a problem since that should be sorted out months in advance and didnt cause a problem with pratically all other games. There's no reason for it, its stupid. Its reduced my hype slightly because of it.
 
I loved it!!!! The 3D version of Hoenn looks fantastic...I love the redesign of both team magma and team aqua, specially Archie,
He looks so badass! I prefer the Alpha Sapphire version, but I'm definitely going te get both of them!

Ps.: I loved the new Roxanne, but hated the gym badge...really? Green Lines?

not in the remakes because they're remakes, but I bet they'll be one again in any actually new future main games ;D

It's an outline of the actual badge. All badges remain the same. Just now in 3D, obviously.
 
does anyone else think the Primal forms will have permaweather? The article says their abilities 'get a boost' and well there aren't many options on boosting weather-creating moves.

EDIT: whoops apparently I missed a few posts, haha. Glad to know I'm not the only one

well big surprise /not

they're the same orbs with the alpha/omega symbol as in the japanese logos on the game covers, which were speculated to be the red/blue orb since those got revealed ;o

how about making their abilities renew the weather everytime they use a move? that would also be perma-weather, and actually an even more dangerous version of it o_o
 
Hey WPM, can you post a source for that description/text blurb where it states Primal Groudon's new type.

I've seen this blurb pop up on news sites everywhere with all of them just stating "Nintendo's official description" but like no actual source to a video or press release where they got it from.

Would really appreciate it.
 
Europe gets the games a week later because Europe obtained XY a week early and leaked everything. X + (7 - 7) = X. The math checks out. Nintendo is spiteful.

We still didnt get it early, besides thats just stupid blaming an entire region because of leaks which anyone anywhere can do, people leaked stuff way before from various other reasons. Why should the majority of Europe suffer because of a handful of people? Its stupid.
