Well I don't know about you guys, but Drek from Ratchet and Clank 1 is kool because he's not cartoonish and is actualy serious. Plus he has legit reasons for being evil and stuff and his title keeps on increaseing. I think he was awesome.

It took me forever to defeat him as Marth. But then I go in as Captain Falcon a day or 2 ago, and I own him without losing a life. Sacred Combo FTW!

Yggdrassil, from Tales of Symphonia. He may look cute but damn that guy is tough.
Deathborn, from F-Zero GX. Also has the coolest vehicle of all villains, hands up.
Ninetails, from Okami. While many of the bosses in Okami were ruthless enough, Ninetails caused a lot of significant plot twists and deaths of characters important to the story, thus making you really want to murder it.
