Am I really reading this. Really!?

The opposite gender trainer does not appear in normal gameplay (as OrangeMudkip said) Second why should anyone care about the basic names, that no one uses anyway. The names in of themselves aren't that bad, and are completely unnoticeable in the long run. Why should this harm your opinion of Black and White.
 
How is this harming our opinion of Black and White? If anything, it just makes TPCi look even worse than they are. Anyway, yes they do only appear once, but still, they will forever be Hilda and Hilbert. What if your name was lame? yeahhh, doesn't seem great anymore does it. I am also agreeing with SinnohTrainer

If you wanna bring real life scenarios into this, only those who judge books by their covers will have problems (and by problems, I mean regarding it as something like a huge issue rather than a triviality) with the way a person's name sounds.

This is just the new "oshawott" and "Burgh". People will whine nonstop initially, then they'd get tired of it and let it slide (from personal experience, as much as I hate Arti's US name, I've only complained about it on this forum once and only once when I first heard it). I swear if people are still outright complaining about Hilbert and Hilda in a month's time, those are the types of people who'd have no friends in real life short of friends who can tolerate said complaining.

Heh maybe I should've made a thread specially to (in Emerald's No Hope's words) "raging so haaard" about Burgh's name. I did do a vent art because it seemed like the more "elegant" way to whine but a thread might've been better. It'd be like this thread! So full of ANGST and RIGHTEOUS FURY with a touch of DISAPPOINT and RESENTMENT. Such drama.

If anyone wants to make a childish whiney thread for Burgh's name sign me up for lulz. Actually tbh the forum administration needs to set up a dedicated nerd rage thread for all these negative hostile first reactions... It's getting a bit disorganised seeing one thread per rant.
 
Holocaust was a hyperbole. Replace "Holocaust" with "Making an entire thread in the 5th Gen forum"
 
I referred to Burgh as Arti even after his name was revealed. It just felt fitting after saying Arti for so long...
 
You're free to make a thread if you want, XieRH. In the end, you are the "forum administration" you actively talk about.

This thread is starting to get off topic (no thanks to a certain someone). Get back on track or else.
