One of These Things is Not Like the Other

They all evolve under special circumstances whereas Stantler does not evolve.
 
Stantler also has no evolution chain.

EDIT: Ninja'd. Roselia is the only one that isn't normal-type.
 
Stantler because Roselia, Chansey, and Porygon each got 2 more evolutions, whether they be pre-evos or post-evo's
and they started as non evolution pokemon
 
@oyeah1998 To be more specific, each of these got another stage in the generation after their first appearance, and each of these got another stage in the fourth generation. Exception, of course, is Stantler.

Also, Stantler has only one Pokedex entry between Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.
 
Stantler because it is the only one who's colour scheme does not feature pink.
 
Stantler has a Safari Zone flee rate of 0, whereas the others have nonzero Safari Zone flee rates.
 
Roselia has the only height not ending in 7 inches.

Ok, well, Lotad is the only pokemon who is not a grass evolution of a starter.
