Even if this doesn't work, it atleast shows Nintendo that the fans care enough to put effort into putting this together. I mean, we could of just sat back and said, "Well let's just let the pictures get taken down, even though it's not even our fault" But that's wrong. WPM actually bought then game, and played it, recorded it, and showed images for us. He didn't just do this for himself. Why does his hard work just get thrown away? It shows Nintendo, we're not two anymore. We know what's right and wrong.
And, it's not just Pokebeach that's doing this. We all (all being various pokemon fan sites) want to show Nintendo that persecuting a site as a whole, for doing something, that they have possibly not even done, is unfair. Yes, this may not work, but atleast we're doing something. Not just sitting here not caring about what happens to our site.

That means, that if WPM didn't comply, Pokebeach could of been shut down. And for what? For playing the game, and telling the dedicated followers who were curious to know things like Pokemon Sprites, or Images of the Elite four. For doing what a Pokemon Fan site is designed to do? I don't know about you, but I find that unfair. Yes, Nintendo has the power to do anything they want when it regards them, because they are higher up, but just because they have power over us, doesn't mean they can just freely use it, for all the wrong reasons.
Yes, this topic, this petition may get no where. It may not even get past this forum, but, atleast it gives us the self-satisfaction that we actually did something, instead of doing nothing at all.
