Not if you have a lot of energies. I didn't really have that much time to think about the card, because as I have already stated, I am going to Prague in less than a day. I might change it around a little later if my brother gets off the laptop.

Hmm, Hippowdon is taken so I guess the next left-out Pokemon would be...
Most of the cards from that era aren't really that powerful, so I tried to stick to the theme.

Discard a [R] Energy card attached to Shining Bastiodon or this attack does nothing. If the Defending Pokemon has any [R] Energy cards attached to it, choose one of them and discard it. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 60 damage and 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon, and Shining Bastiodon is now Confused (after doing damage). Ground Pit isn't OP because you could easily be N'ed from your hand or other bad attacks that decrease hand exist. EQ is similar to that of Donphan but you need more energy for less damage to the active but you hit both bench for 10 damage.

Once during your turn (before you attack), if this is your Active Pokemon, you may discard any number of cards from your hand. For every 2 cards discarded this way, search your deck for a [F] energy and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
[F] [F] Earthquake 50
This attack does 10 damage each Benched Pokemon (both your's and your opponent's).
Weakness: [W]x2
Resistance: [L] - 20
Retreat Cost: 3
