As always I'm inventing bizarre new effects. It's probably some sort of subconscious retaliation against the incredibly boring cards they've been printing these last few years. I still had an attach-Pokémon-as-Energy effect planned for the 'New Rule' contest a while back, and it seemed like an obvious fit. I would've loved to have seen a card like this being playable, it seems the strategy options are near endless.
As an aside, I decided not to italicise the text between brackets because Mew
ex didn't either, some other cards with the same text do seem to italicise it, however.
The attack is there so one can return a Benched Pokémon to one's hand to then use it as an Energy for Mew next turn. To keep it from being abusable for other purposes I decided to add the damage transfer effect. It would still be quite powerful when used in the same format as that one Uxie back in the day. I guess it can also be used as a suicide option if need be.
To keep the text readable I had to move the separating bar quite low, if this were an actual card the Power font would probably be a quite a bit smaller, but that would make it illegible at this resolution.
The art is based on the original Mew sprite for Pokémon Red and Blue. It's very different from my usual Mew style, but I felt that would've been too out of place on a Pokémon card. I also made a very detailed Wallpaper for y'all,
enjoy. All the points to whoever can figure out what the text on the wall is and where it came from.
