I don't even think the Jail Guard can help us. It's not like he can come out in the open and say, "Hey, [insert name here] is innocent". That's what really makes the Jail Guard and Sheriff useless. I now see no point in putting people in jail, as all it really does is lose a vote that could help us lynch someone and possibly risk losing the Jail Guard if he decides to come out.

Sorry I couldn't get on last night - I was feeling ill after I got back from holiday. Now, I see the sheriff's dead. As far as I can see as a first timer, the sheriff isn't dramatically important. He can't save people as such, and I'm going to go with what seems to be the majority verdict that this isn't too bad. That being said, he is pivotal in discovering the mafia, but I'm confident we can find them out without him.

once we find out who the sheriff/jailer is it is up to the doctor to protect them. sheriff is very important because he can tell us exactly who the mafia are and arnt...so now its up to us

Oh drat, we lost the sheriff. And the only thing we have to go on is the fact thatthe Mafia may not have posted yet. Hmmm... I think I know who to ote for, but I'm not saying anything yet.
