the only thing i can think of is that each of these letters are in one of the mafia's names. now none of the names have all the letters. BUT 3 have at least 3 of the letters.

Nurse, doctor - same thing. Out of game we say Nurse a that's the official term in this game. But we regulars call you 'Wedge', no wait, we call the Nurse the Doctor instead.
