Up north had a number of inactive shacks, all wooden, serving no purpose besides holding cargo. At the current time, workers were doing inventory and moving it from one place to another.

"Nothing," he said evasively, and then left to head North before the Metagross could resume his questioning.

About an hour later they (assuming King followed) reached a bunch of derelict wooden shacks holding cargo. There were a few workers walking around with clipboards and moving some boxes, so Myzer assumed they were taking inventory. After searching the area and asking the workers about the hooded Vaporeon, Myzer concluded that they had taken the wrong path. That left only the West.

Myzer walked back to King at the edge of the shacks. "Nothing. She went West. We'll have to return to the town, and I doubt there'll be time to go West before the sun falls. Unless you want to travel by night."

"I am fine by night, after all, it's my hearing I need to pinpoint her, and any disadvantage I have, she will share, because Vaporeon is also diernal. Let's move," King says.

OOC: MY TURN!!!
Shade stepped out of the Weapons Shop, with his claws nearly as sharp as the finest of blades. "Woah, its night already?" Shade had asked himself. He didn't feel in the least bit tired.

Alex, having had nothing better to do, had followed slowly ater King and Myzer, suspicious of what they were doing. He remained too far behind to see and hopefully too far away for the Zoroark to sense, following King's footprints. When he saw a large number of shacks in the distance he realized it would look odd to anyone there if he was following footprints through the area so he levitated over the area. As he did so, he noticed the Nidoking and Zoroark had stropped there. Realized night was coming on, Alex landed behind a shack a little ways away from King, but close enough that he could overhear any conversation.

Ranald had just about enough of doing absolutely nothing. To jump in the bandwagon of nonsensical activity, he ended up following King and Myzer to the warehouses in the northern section of the town. He found the transportation of materials not odd at all, but for investigation purposes to prevent King's incoming butthurt when he can't find anything (at least that's what Ranald thinks), he decided to ask one of the workers exactly what they were doing.

"Hm? You tourists interested in moving boxes?"
"No need to be so bitter, Spence. There's just not much going on in this small place," the Leavanny wholding the clipboard replied. "We got strict orders that inventory was to be done pronto to assure nothing went missing. I guess with all of the shady people around lately, the higher ups got suspicious. But it's strange, because after you guys arrived, they wanted the boxes to be moved to this building too. Eh, orders are orders."

Myzer heard faint conversation and - after wrapping himself in the shadows - went out to investigate. He found that Ranald was talking to the workers. He returned to King. "I suspected we had been followed. It seems I was right. The Conkeldurr followed us, and I believe he wasn't the only one. Possibly the Metagross. I don't think many others would be stealthy enough to evade my senses, and since Metagross's only smell like metal, it's possible he could be very close without me knowing. We need to get back to the village, quickly, and start heading West. It's very possible the Vaporeon isn't that way either, but if not, it would have taken her hours to cover her tracks in a way that would make my abilities useless."

Ranald was undeniably curious. That statement answered a question, but provided a whole lot more. He put himself in a more comfortable standing position.
"...you seem to...well, know that I happened to be in the group of people that just came in. You also just said that "they" wanted the boxes to be moved after we arrived...after we arrived, a crime was supposedly committed. What do us and you moving the boxes have in common?"

King agrees. "We must move fast," he says. He begins to earth-skate gain. He just hopes that he can smell clearly to the west. There could be many problems, from smoke in the air to too many Pokemon being around.

"Dude, we're only the guys that do what we're told!"
"Spence," the Leavanny warned. He flipped the clipboard pages to the beginning. "I don't know what that connection would be, if there is one. You can have a look at what's in the boxes. We only hold coal, preserved food, and emergency equipment in them. There was nothing changed about what the boxes have in them. And as far as I remember, there's not much difference in the buildings either. Just that they wanted this empty shack to be filled suddenly for no reason."

This puzzled Ranald just a tad.
"Do you have an idea why an empty shack is being filled with basic supplies such as these?"

Myzer followed king, transforming into the Lucario he had seen earlier that day, and sprinting, much faster than he had in the form of the Cinccino.

"Sure, though there's already about a dozen crates in there," the Leavanny replied, flipping the pages of the clipboard again.

The west side was of many ordinary houses, many vacant (though not that apparent from the outside).

Ranald nodded, moving his head until he found the warehouse that they were moving the crates into. Thanking the Leavanny, he headed for the inside of the shed to check out what was in there.

King arrives at the western edge of town. Ge leans his ear towards the town. "This is as good a place as any, the town is relatively quiet at this time of night," he says. King sits down, and fans his ears. He begins to utter words. They are part of a spell that helps single out a target to find. Once this is complete, he begins to listen.

Upon King and Myzer leaving Alex took to the air and flew overhead, attempting to make it to the town before them. He flew directly over their heads (although a few stories up), counting on the fact that Pokemon almost never looked up unless prompted to. When they reached the town he flew to the other side of the town so they wouldn't notice him. He then walked over to them, attempting to appear as if he had been in the town the entire time. "Where did you two go? You are both acting very suspicious, you know. Deciding the Vaporeon is the criminal despite any real evidence, creating a sandstorm in the middle of town, then running off in a rush for over an hour when I attempt to question you."
