Rules on Cofusion:
There is a 50% chance that the confused pokemon will lose 10% health. There is a 50% chance that cofusion will wear off.
Confusion doesn't interfere with the ability to use a move!
Umbreon loss 25% health! (35%)
Corphish loss 10% health!(51%)
