Where is the pokemon message-lady? Togepi needs to evolve before it can breed, but its not in a luxury ball like my Espeon is.

Does super training have friendship effects like that of the vitamins? Is a neutral-natured female super luck 3 perfect IV togepi worth it enough to train anyway [going to use it to breed modest ones later]?

the massage lady is in cyllage city.

Only certain bags (soothing bags) will increase happiness in Super Training. Amie slighly raises happiness, bit nowhaere near enough for happiness-based evolution. What I do is get the soothe bell from Shalour city, stick togepi/eevee/etc. in my first party slot, and circle in the center of lumiose for about 10-15 minutes.

Personally, I find Bold togekiss to be best considering many incoming attacks now will be physical, like Cross poison (crobat), Bullet Punch (scizor), and Heavy Slam (Mega Aggron) (and it can tank special hits fairly well anyway). Scizor will probably be the #1 switch in on Togekiss due to it's now-super-effective Bullet Punch and neutral damage from Air Slash.

Hmm good point, sadly i lack a bold ditto/field group pokemon. But for the sake of now, is hardy decent enough?

I just caught Mewtwo and was suprised to see that the pokedex entry has a red background instead of white... Is this normal? The only special thing that has happend is that I caught it with the first ball I threw (Dusk Ball)...

Dex entry colors are different for each region that the Pokémon was introduced. Kanto is red, Johto is yellow, Hoenn is green, Sinnoh is blue, Unova is pink, and Kalos is white/gray.

Who here knows quite a bit about consecutive fishing? Who here has found a shiny doing this? What happens if the first pokemon in your party is defeated when you are making a chain, does the chain break? What happens if you save the game when you are making a chain, is the chain broken?

I've found a Shiny Qwilfish via Chain Fishing.

To answer your questions:
1) it does not make any impact on the Chain. The only things that break the chain are a) moving from the spot b) not landing a Pokemon and c) catching a Pokemon.
2) I'm not sure - I don't think going to the menu has any negatives since I healed one of my Pokemon between streaks and the next Pokemon was my Shiny Qwilfish, so either I'm lucky or it doesn't have an effect. Considering my luck, I'm much more willing to believe it was the latter.

And altho you didn't actually ask this, it really helps to have a Pokemon with Suction Cups as your lead since that increases the chance to land a Pokemon - if anytime I feel like a bit of chain fishing I will always take my Octillery with me. (I usually have my low-level Dedenne -Nuzzle!- and my False Swipe Haxorus with me as well)

Is there an ability to increase Bug-type encounters or Poison-type encounters? I wanna chain a bunch of Weedle or Kakuna to get one shiny and get a shiny Beedrill. I also would like to know if there's one ot increase Grass-types because I also want to chain for shiny Skiddo. (Shiny Gogoat looks like a black and white tiger with lime colored horns and stuff! It's so cool!

I don't think so, I know static increases electric type pokemon...

Does anyone know where you can see the opposite legendary to the one your game is based off? I've got X and only need to see Yveltal to complete my Kalos dex and get the oval charm. It's probably really obvious >.>

Actually, I'm pretty sure that it is impossible to see Yveltal in-game. I know for sure, you can't catch it. I haven't checked out the cafés that show you unobtainable Pokémon so I'm not sure if they show it to you.
So with that, I believe the only way to get Yveltal in your dex is to trade.

Really?! Well that sucks. I haven't really checked whether a 5th gen NPC showed you the opposite legendary but I definitely remember someone showing me Dialga in my Pearl game. I thought it was standard practice for them to show you the opposite legendary somewhere in the game.

I've been trying to do chain fishing for a couple of hours now, and I just wanna make sure I'm doing it right. So what I do is that I land a Pokémon, beat the crap out of it, land another Pokémon and so on. If that's not the way (or if there is some special advice), some pro could explain it to me. (lawl.)

Also, where do you even find Zygarde? xD

Here's what to do:
-land a Pokemon
-EITHER knock it out OR run from it (I usually do the latter) - catching it breaks the chain
-rinse and repeat

it also really helps having a Pokemon with Suction Cups in your lead spot since it makes it more likely to land a Pokemon and not get haxxed by not landing a Pokemon; I always have my Octillery that holds a Smoke Ball for convenience's sake.
It's also good to have a False Swiper and a status-thing; I use my Haxorus and Dedenne (both raised solely for this job) and they don't disappoint

Zygarde is found in Terminus Cave, after you beat the Pokemon League. A man who previously blocked your way into the deepest part of the cave will vanish and you'll be allowed access to Zygarde, the creation trio's Orbs, and a Nugget.

They need to add your Friend Code before you can get them in the Friend Safari.

If you drop the people you added a PM then they'll probably add your FC and then you can get their Friend Safari.

Yes, they have to enter your FC, but when time to input a name, yours will show up.
