Nitendo just decided to not release pokemon black and white until later. The kids have become mad and started a riot. They have made armys of robots. Turns out ho-oh and lugia are mad as well because their game is going to become out of style. The kids will want the latest game. Celebi knows about the later release but ho-oh and lugia don't.
